HMS Consulting Group is a commercial and residential construction company based in Long Island, New York. HMS specializes in Masonry, Rough & Finish Carpentry, and Interior/Exterior Painting. Mitch Mangiaracina, the owner of HMS Consulting Group came from humble beginnings in the town of Menfi, Sicily where he worked as a Furniture Carpenter. He came to America in 1985 and worked several construction related jobs that were the building blocks to HMS. With over 20 years experience, Mitch has become an expert in the industry and acquired a hardworking group of quality workers along the way. For each job HMS takes on, the collective team ensures every project is completed with the clients satisfaction as top priority.
